A New Dawn from Naim Audio

Posted by June 21st, 2021

Naim Audio have announced today, the summer solstice, the launch of their first ever turntable – the Solstice Special Edition.

Naim Audio Solstice Special Edition TurntableLimited to just 500 units, this Special Edition includes the Solstice turntable, a next-generation version of the iconic Naim Aro tonearm, an Equinox MC cartridge, Solstice Series Phono Stage, Power Supply and bespoke accessories set.

The Solstice turntable combines core Naim design philosophies, such as multiple levels of mechanical decoupling, with a celebration of beautiful materials. It features a magnetic bearing supporting a high-mass, highly polished aluminium platter, with a unique, self-calibrating motor drive system, meticulously delivering the Naim sound.

The Special Edition package also includes a commemorative book, plus the Naim Records True Stereo album – a curated collection of superb-quality True Stereo recordings, newly remastered for vinyl.

Cymbiosis has a demonstration Solstice on order so please contact us if you are interested in arranging your own personal listening session. We hope to have this available in mid-July with stock available in early August.

A legacy that lives on

Tragically, he never realised his plans before his untimely death in 2000.
However, his legacy lives on with this project and the team behind Solstice Special Edition.

hello Peter, oh my if this new Naim turntable is beautiful !!! I wanted to ask you if you had had the opportunity to listen to it, and what were your considerations in parallel with the Linn LP12 Naim version, and if you already knew the selling price. Thanks for your kindness, see you soon.
