Important Estore Update Posted by Phil Mulvaney August 26th, 2025 We have some unfortunate news for customers in the United States who wish to make a purchase from our estore. Due to the introduction of import tariffs by the US government due to take effect on the 29th August 2025, both DHL and Royal Mail are suspending deliveries to the United States until they have proper systems in place to deal with the new rules. As regular estore customers in the US will be aware, these are the two companies that Cymbiosis uses for shipping goods to the United States. We are therefore suspending estore purchases to customers in the US at this time. We will of course be monitoring the situation and hopefully will be able to resume sales to customers in the United States in the near future.
