As many of you will be aware, last weekend Tom completed the London Triathlon on behalf of MIND Mental Health Charity in memory of Jane Shellabear. Tom completed the course in 1:33:27 bring an end to his summer of triathlons. Below are a number of photos of the event courtesy of Richard Shellabear.

This weekend saw Tom complete the first in his series of triathlons. The Market Bosworth Sprint triathlon comprised a 750m open water swim, 24km bike, and a 5km run. Tom’s official completion time is 1:27:53. Below are a number of the photos from the day.

So far tom has raised over £6000.00 for MIND the mental health charity.

As many of you will know, on Sunday 16th March 2014, my mum Jane, who had been suffering with what we all though was mild depression, took her own life. She kept her depression from everyone, her family, friends and medical professionals alike. Depression is a horrible disease that has ripped our family apart.

As many will know, Peter is currently on a visiting Switzerland to see a number of clients and set up their LP12s.
